We’ll ensure your order is shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed as you complete your purchase.
Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If no one is available to receive the delivery at the specified address, you will have the option to reschedule the delivery or receive further instructions from the courier company regarding collection.

To ensure a smooth return/exchange process, kindly note that all products must be returned to us unused and with all ANA UMA tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 14 days of the date of purchase of your order.
We only allow exchanges on the same product (same price) in a different size. If you would like to receive a different product or the same product in a different color instead, please return your product for a refund. Then place a new order online for the product you would like.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns if the packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with. Additionally, items that are damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Upon receiving a returned item, we will carefully inspect the product to ensure it meets our return or exchange conditions. If the product complies with these conditions, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund.
