How can I create an account on anaumastore.com?
Opening an account is easy. Simply click on “My Account” in the top right corner and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link via email to set your password. Alternatively, when you place an order, an account will be created automatically using the email you provide. A password reset link will be emailed to you, making it easy to access your account in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your purchase details. When your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info. Registered customers can also check their order status in their account. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to reach us at customercare@anaumastore.com
How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot password?” link at login. You’ll receive an email with instructions to create a new one.
What are the benefits of creating an account?
Creating an account allows you to shop faster and more easily on our website. With an account, you’ll enjoy quick access to new offers, secure ordering, and the ability to track your order history and manage billing and shipping details. Your password ensures that only you can access your account information.
How do i delete my account?

What countries does ANA UMA deliver to?
At the moment, we only ship within the following places:
- United Arab Emirates
- GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council): we offer delivery to key cities in the GCC region: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Kuwait City, Doha, Muscat.
If your country or city isn’t listed here, we may still be able to assist with special arrangements.

What delivery services are available?
- Standard delivery between 1 to 3 business days for other Emirates, remote areas.
- International Express delivery between 1 to 3 business days for (Gulf Cooperation Council) region: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Kuwait City, Doha, Muscat.
- International Standard delivery between 4 to 7 business days for (Gulf Cooperation Council) region: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Kuwait City, Doha, Muscat.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. We will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Is the delivery of my order free?
ANA UMA offers free delivery on all orders across the UAE. Shipping options will be provided at checkout, based on availability. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order during checkout. All orders are shipped directly from UAE and there are no custom fees applied to any order.
ANA UMA offers free standard delivery on orders within GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), for orders that value over USD 400. For smaller orders a flat-rate shipping will be applied at checkout, based on your location. Shipping options will be available at checkout, based on availability. Please note that prices displayed on our website do not include taxes or duties. These additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its journey. For added convenience, you can also track your order through your account:
- Simply log in to your account
- Go to the Order History section
- Select your order to view detailed tracking information
Can I cancel or update my order?
Orders placed on anaumastore.com are processed quickly, to ensure your items can be delivered to you within the shortest period possible. Therefore once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify your purchase at any time.

When will a product be back in stock if it’s currently unavailable?
At ANA UMA, we present a carefully curated collection, with each piece available in limited quantities. Should the item you desire be unavailable, our Customer Care team is at your service. Please contact us for further assistance.
What does pre order item mean?
A select few items may offer a pre-order option, available in certain circumstances, including exclusive pieces from our latest collections or special collaborations. By pre-ordering, you’ll be among the first to receive the item in your preferred style and size as soon as it becomes available. The estimated shipping date for pre-orders is listed on the product page. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change.
How can I ship a gift?
At anaumastore.com you can ship a gift to a person of your choice and have it delivered directly to them. Receipts do not include prices and are included in all orders.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay.
What is your return policy?
All items must be returned to us unused, with all original tags attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 14 days of the date of purchase of your order.Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Please note that all sale or discounted items, as well as underwear and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ANA UMA is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Do I need to register my return online?
You can request a return, free of charge, by contacting Customer Service at customercare@anaumastore.com. We will arrange pickup through our partner courier. Alternatively, you may initiate the return directly through your account on our website.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are available. Please consult our Exchange Policy for complete information.
When will I receive the refund for my order?
Your refund will be processed upon the arrival of the returned item at our designated facility. We offer a refund to the same debit/credit card used when placing the order. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
In the event that the returned item does not comply with our policy, or if the item is not eligible for exchange, it will be sent back to you, and no refund or exchange will be applied. For any delay in receiving payment, please contact the bank by providing the proof of refund sent by email.
How can I return my gift?
For gift orders, we invite you to contact us by email at customercare@anaumastore.com within 14 days and we will schedule a pick up for your order within 3 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
